11965 09Dec 1132 GUAM (Relay) KTWR Guam in English. OM and YL speak. The signal is weak, some fading, but constant audio. (Jorge Freitas-B)
15690 09Dec 1354 GERMANY (Relay) Radio Farda in Persian. Pop music. At 1356 ID by OM and follows music.  At 1400 beep signal and YL speaks. Follows music at 1405. The signal is weak, moderate fading. Better hearing with the use of headphones. (Jorge Freitas-B)
17585 09Dec 1433 GERMANY (Relay) (PRESUMED) VOA in Tibetan. OM speaks. I did not notice any Chinese jammer. The signal in SDRs from Asia all ticked equal or smaller than mine. The signal was weak, but there was a significant improvement at 1430, until 1433, when it became very weak again. The question that remains is: is the VOA really Tibetan without any Chinese jammer? I thank the opinions of my colleagues (Jorge Freitas-B)
